On 30 August 2017, the Company had announced that the Company and Changhua Christian Hospital, Republic of China (Taiwan) had mutually agreed to extend the MOU for a period of a further 6 months until 28 February 2018.

As at the date of this announcement (23/11/2017) , the relevant reviews and feasibility studies for the construction
and development of Matrix Global Specialist Centre is being conducted. Upon establishment, Matrix Global Specialist Centre shall be the first hospital to be built in Bandar Sri Sendayan, to cater for the current population of more than 30,000 residents with a future target of more than 120,000 by 2022.

I think BSS is model after Bandar Utama, Matrix should follow the success formula of this township.

City status or not doesn't matter to me, what matter is what have been done by Federal/state government since Malaysia Vision Valley was announced few months ago, anyone can update us here.

There is no dedicated website for MVV like what Iskandar Malaysia, the rakyat has no idea what has been achieved so far, no additiona l/specific tax incentive to encourage more biz to set up in MVV..

Own stay is quite good, 50x100 land size with BU 4,500sft you can't get lower psf in KV + 12 years 5 star free club house in a well planned township, however definately not for investment purpose, the return simply not justified.

REMBAU: Prime Minister Najib Razak today declared open what he hailed as the best Tamil school in the country in terms of modern design and boasting the latest teaching and learning facilities.

He also announced that the school, Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Tamil (SJKT) Ladang Bukit Bertam, had been renamed SJKT Bandar Sri Sendayan.

The school and the land on which it stands cost RM17 million, he said, adding that the entire project was developed for free by property developer, education enabler and community builder Matrix Concepts.

The green light to build private hospital already obtained in year 2017, now only pending for result of negotiation between Matrix and Taiwan hospital operator, the deadline to sign final agreement is tomorrow (28/2/2018) ie 1 years after their fists announcement in 1/3/2017.

Noh said the relocation of officers and personnel from bases nationwide had been ongoing since Feb 2 and would be completed by August.

PORT DICKSON: Pangkalan Udara (PU) Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM) yang dibina di Sendayan, di sini tahun lalu sudah siap dan boleh digunakan sepenuhnya.

Menteri Besar, Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan, berkata proses pemindahan anggota akan dibuat secara berperingkat.


"Kerja pembinaan PU Sendayan sudah siap dan anggota akan masuk secara berfasa. Kita tidak mahu mengganggu persekolahan anak anggota dan dan mereka akan berpindah secara berkumpulan," katanya pada sidang media selepas menghadiri Demonstrasi Keupayaan Tentera Darat di Pantai Saujana, di sini, hari ini.


Hadir sama Panglima Tentera Darat (PTD), Tan Sri Zulkiple Kassim dan pegawai kanan pasukan berkenaan.


Mohamad berkata, Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak akan meninjau PU Sendayan pada 16 Mac ini dan dijangka mengumumkan sesuatu.

Dalam perkembangan berkaitan pasukan tentera katanya, kerajaan negeri menzahirkan kesyukuran berikutan negeri ini memiliki banyak kem.

"Negeri Sembilan bertuah memiliki banyak ketumbukan kem tentera antaranya Pusat Asas Tentera Darat (PUSASDA) di Port Dickson, Kem Syed Sirajuddin di Gemas selain beberapa kem di Seremban.

"Saya berbangga dengan pencapaian Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) terutamanya pasukan anggota tentera darat. Mereka memiliki aset pada tahap tinggi malah kemahiran anggota bertaraf profesional," katanya.

KEMUDAHAN bangunan dan prasarana serba moden di Pangkalan Udara Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan bukan sahaja menyediakan persekitaran kerja baharu untuk warga Tentera Udara Diraja Malaysia (TUDM), malah ia sekali gus menyelesaikan beberapa masalah ketidakselesaan yang dialami sejak kebelakangan ini di Pangkalan Udara Kuala Lumpur.

Yang pastinya, masalah seperti kekurangan kemudahan kuarters kediaman mereka akan selesai dengan penyediaan 693 unit kuarters pelbagai kategori untuk pegawai dan anggota di tempat baharu itu, yang terletak 12km dari bandar Seremban.

Sebelum ini tidak semua pegawai dan anggota TUDM, khususnya yang berkeluarga dapat tinggal di kuarters kerana jumlah unit yang terhad sehingga memaksa sebahagian daripada mereka untuk mencari kediaman di luar.


Komander Pangkalan, Pangkalan Udara Kuala Lumpur Kolonel Mohd Shahada Ismail berkata hanya 250 unit kuarters dapat disediakan di Pangkalan Udara Kuala Lumpur pada masa ini iaitu separuh daripada keperluan keseluruhan.

I suppose they don't want to put all eggs (aircrafts & pilots etc) into one basket, investor mind set

On the other hand, training will be centralized in Sendayan unlike previously in Subang, Kinrara & Penang

Just two weeks ago PM Najib visited Sendayan and announce SJK(T) Bandar Sri Sendayan is the best Tamil school in Malaysia

Sendayan Air Base has 693 unit vs 250 unit in KL Air Base, number of officers suppose to be more rather than less.

Apart from Sendayan other air bases only need modification and expansion to accommodate more aircrafts, pilots and staff.

The biggest mosque under construction, Hindu temple is there Matrix promised for Buddhist temple, while Sikh temple approval already obtained.

I hope PM Najib will announce concrete action plan of Malaysia Vision Valley for BSS.
