And 1 more thing S2 Heights also have their own S2 Club House 6 star same like dTempat BSS if im not mistaken, thats what make the price higher, compared to the house that dont have any club house facilities is cheaper

there is a rumor.. Eka Matahari residents have received notice pertaining property acquiring for HSR project.

This taman in secluded area but near to the north side of Kualiti Alam and have good new state road connection to KLIA.

If not mistaken Eka matahari land has been bought by matrix but in gadong jaya, so it will in BSS also in future maybe

get on the map and draw a line from Jimah - Gadong jaya to Sendayan, you 'll find Eka Matahari just next ahead..

It is a low-density area with around only 150-200 house

btw, Eka Matahari is under Labu district.. and the new lebuh KLIA -Enstek - Sendayan apparently run through  Eka Matahari..

Yes SKLIA highway, i think this is the best place because very near to SKLIA also, compared to the previous in labu near plantation

actually the Ainsdale tol exit is doing exactly that.....the next closest exit is KLIA plus exit and Nilai Plus Exit via Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi (or straight to Putrajaya/Cyberjaya via Kota Warisan)
btw...if talking about journey from the said to be station location... still nearer to BSS compared to Nilai town...

But if from the station to nearest KTM komuter station, Labu station is the closest....
and i'm not sure the detail if the existing ERL KLIA have any joint/connection to this MVV...
i believe the train station placed in Labu area is to boost that Labu and Enstek as educational and training hub...

Erm... If straight line distance, SK Jijian is nearer to the HSR station if compare to BSS D'Tempat club house.
