Anyone here using Samsung A52S 5g phone? Can tell me which software patch should enable the 5g. I read online Samsung phones sold in Malaysia not 5g enabled from factory. Need to patch. But I patch till One UI 5.0 and android 13, 1 Nov 2022 android security patch still cannot connect to celcom 5g. Setting already set to 5g and already subscribed to celcom 5g accsess pass.
Found out need to update till android security patch 1 Nov 2023 to get 5g. This post has been edited by 3nf0rc3r: Feb 1 2024, 02:30 PM |

QUOTE(isr25 @ Jan 27 2024, 09:51 PM) I am on Mega 80 and am offered a lifetime rebate of RM20 if change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 package. Tried to apply - not sure if need to be on contract though. Basically I will be paying the same at RM80, but with more data - currently 50GB+10GB+60GB. With new plan it will be 150GB. An update on this promo - no contract. The new plan is 150GB, but the old free 60GB is still active for now. Will update if this changes. So my active data pool is 150GB + 60GB at RM80 monthly (RM100 plan with RM20 lifetime rebate). Not bad!![]() ![]() ![]() prosibu liked this post

I'm currently on Celcom Mega 98(60base +30 gb + lightning) , recently i feel the line was very slow and most of the time only 4G signal, and sometimes can't even load tng ewallet.
will the line be more stable or better in coverage if switch to CelcomDigi??? I haven't make the move yet since I heard there is speed cap on the new plans. |

Recommend you switch to Maxis Postpaid 79 .. RM79 for 160 GB data. No brainer. Celcom or CelcomDigi postpaid are crap. Their new CelcomDigi plans 5G speed are tiered based on your plan.will the line be more stable or better in coverage if switch to CelcomDigi??? Personally, I'd just stay until they iron out the issue with Celcomdigi network. I think it affects both Celcom and Digi users. ericpires liked this post

Anyone have this situation where overpaid a lot of money into the account (my dad's ex-company has this reimbursement a fixed amount paid to his telco account e.g. RM100 minus his plan RM61.80) but celcom refuse to pay back the amount even when he tries to switch telco, meaning to say all those credit will gone.
The amount roughly RM1k+ of credit inside now This post has been edited by TongCN: Feb 14 2024, 12:03 PM |
