Anyone have this situation where overpaid a lot of money into the account (my dad's ex-company has this reimbursement a fixed amount paid to his telco account e.g. RM100 minus his plan RM61.80) but celcom refuse to pay back the amount even when he tries to switch telco, meaning to say all those credit will gone.

The amount roughly RM1k+ of credit inside now which will auto deduct from his monthly bill.
