Best to buy a prepaid card test first
Because PG and BW area is so huge and you are not sure if you are located at a blind spot
In addition , outside the house got coverage does not mean inside house got coverage (altho nowadays phones are equipped with vowifi and it helps)

Just sharing - celcom and maxis coverage also great in my area but once inside my house, only YES has full coverage, the other telco semua 1-2 bar and unable to receive calls.(lucky got vowifi nowadays)

really? i think their wasap support is fine. make sure you contact support during working hours. mostly you get agent respond within 10-30 min. or if your live nearby celcom bluecube, best is to go in person

Hi sifus, need some comments about switching to other telco.

I am switching out from U-mobile postpaid to Celcom XPAX postpaid. After 2 months of not paying my bill, U-mobile has barred my usage. I asked the Celcom shop and they claimed just pay for minimum should be able to switch over.

I have paid 1 month to reactivate my U-mobile postpaid just for switching over to Celcom postpaid, the balance 1 month do I still need to clear the payment?

PORT IN UPDATE SMS has stated that U-mobile has rejected my Celcom port in "due to One or more MSISDNs replied NO to SMS Validation." What does it mean?

What shall I do next in order to success changing from U-mobile postpaid to Celcom postpaid?

Recently, I have issues where I don't get 5G in the areas that I normally get 5G. If this happens more than 24 hours, I will call Celcom to do a network reset on their side and then the 5G will come back in 1 to 2 hours. I did this twice in last 3 weeks.

Any accounts that have overdue amount will not be released for MNP to other telco. Always clear outstanding amount which already has statement/invoice generated before porting out.

It's not like I want to run away without paying the outstanding, but the Celcom shop attendant asked me to pay the minimum, no need paying full.

Hi all. I had port out from xox to xpax. Do I need to activate my xpax sim card?
I try to login my celcom lite apps but fail.
Then, I try to self registration prepaid, but end up fail due to no receiving the activation code at my email.

Being lock report at whatappssince sunday until now but no response from celcom or xpax.

What is the better way to report? Thanks in advanced.

Upon receiving the sim, scan the qr code send to you separately in an activation email.

Because I didn't receive any email.... Hmm
