Does XPAX has similar package like Hotlink 365?

Wow! This is goodbye for me, as the only fixed internet available is UNIFI 2mbps, have to abuse telcos unlimited plans. 🥺

Usage around 100 to 150GB per month per sim, load balancing with 3 other unlimited telcos maxed out 400 to 500GB.

I was looking at the new internetgo plan, since no call is included, does the call go thru VOLTE or totally no call at all?

coz the plan is for data only..

for celcom mega lightning postpaid (40GB rm80 50GB rm98 etc), the ultra hour pass like 1 hour rm1 or rm2 3 hours etc, does it include hotspot?

when it first introduced, i try ultra hour pass coz selkom give 1 hour pree..
put in router..
then i hv no internet for one hour..
so sad..

they said ultra hour pass meant for semakfon use oni..
but hotspot from semakfon never try..

celcom cut off 2G and 3G at my area. 4G signal is almost dead indoor. 4G outdoor speed is now slow a f. speed is ~400kbps (used to be 5Mbps at this time). goodbye phone call.

Just now bought Xpax prepaid for emergency purposes for my dad 4G signal in indoor better than maxshit where always stay in 3G but 3G celcom in Klang discontinued I guess I stay in Taman Sri Andalas. Connecting calls taking 6 to 12 seconds still test more. Sadly Celcom stubborn about poor prepaid customers not enabling Volte such a shame

Any one here having problems receiving calls after Celcom turn off 3G?

Problem at my office area. No 3G signal. With no VoLTE, seems to have problem switching from 4G to 2G to receive calls. If disable 4G then can receive call. Call out no problem.

Tested with Android phone & iphone 12, same problem, VoLTE ON can receive call, VoLTE OFF cannot receive call.
As not all 4G phone can turn on VoLTE, this is a big problem.

Tried the same test with phone on MAXIS network 4G/2G only. Seems to be OK.

Suspect Celcom config problem. It takes too long to switch back to 2G.

Anyone in Celcom area with no 3G signal able to receive call?
Call out also takes a long time before getting the ringing tone.

I really feel want to maki Celcom.

I want to pay bill for mum.

I cannot check what's the balance.

Everywhere, keep parroting "Celcom Life". She don't use it, I also don't have access.

If I call in,l to call center, don't want to entertain because not account owner. Last year more langsi, it's considered not productive.

I log in online to my ex-account, can only pay, cannot check balance.

When I chat them up, keep asking me to key in TAC sent to mum's phone.

Every month have to walk in.

Ba** betul. want to give money to you also so difficult lah.

Similar experience too. Take too long to switch from 4G to 2G.
