I know that existing customers have 100GB FUP, which is worrying that they might change it and make it the same as the new plan.

old fup is 100 gb for 6 mbps plan & 999gb limit for 3mbps plan

current fup is 60 gb for both 3 mbps & 6 mbps plan

U all dont hv wifi at home? How u can use 60gb let alone 100gb in a month is beyond me. U would need to be watching videos nonstop whole day everyday to hit the fup. No need to work ar?

I rarely at home due to work, so I use more data for streaming, update and downloading games. 100GB can easily used up within two weeks nowadays.

Crazy. U download games every hour of the day ar? How big are games now? Biggest maybe 3-4GB. U delete and redownload them ? Lol.. seems like u playing games the whole day.. good life. No need to work

My biggest usage is watching Twitch/YouTube streaming, Korean dramas, games use less than all those 3.

I don't like your insinuating my job is that free and no need work, you don't even know me irl, what makes you have the right to judge my life?

Did I use your money to pay for my lifestyle? Did I somewhat live with you or your family?

I am planing get brand new phone number, the new xpax plan is comfirm unlimited or does have restricted cap speed? I survey alot have speed cap.

Guys want to ask if i got extra credit for my celcom sim card around RM1,000. What's the best way to use it because I top up my sim card to prevent my sim card being cut off. Or anyone interested to buy the credit from me can PM me ya.

The new plan has 3Mbps speed and 60GB quota.

You can pay RM10 for 6Mbps speed for a month, follow your plan validity.

After you used up your quota, the speed will be throttled to 512kbps.

this not call unlimited already, this actually have cap data and cap speed.

On their FB page and other social media, the customers are calling out Celcom for this new plan, misleading and misusing the word unlimited.

What we expect , unlimited data.
What we get, unlimited in name and speed.

Actually, I'm getting more benefits from my older plan.

Providers: "unlimited" speed

It is unlimited if you use it as a "normal" person would use it. Of course some people would have the mentality, i pay RM 35 so i must use as much as possible. Download torrents , stream videos nonstop 24/7 . The same goes for buffet . Some ppl pay buffet but eat like a normal person. Some ppl , just because pay money must bantai maximum everything must whack kaokao.

If you use it as how a normal person would use it, It will be very hard to hit 60GB in a month. Even myself watch a lot of videos, can barely hit 30gb in a month. If every month u can hit 60GB consistently, then something is very fishy with your usage.
