Celcom does not support postpaid-to-prepaid conversion.

Today my VoLTE gone. Celcom really......kns.
Yesterday was okay. I got a feeling they disable it again.....

Anyone else facing same? Non-mega plan here.

Edited - they restarted my VoLTE service. Its okay now.

DiGi can, I just changed from postpaid to prepaid last year for BoS benefit

Nope, mine still good. VoLTE still active. Lite plan.

Hi, anyone lost their volte signal? Mine suddenly went missing yesterday.

I experience this before. Contacted them through Twitter and reactivate it.

Managed to change my plan from First basic 38 to XP Lite, next day the new plan was activated. Good riddance as my bill was hovering around 50 ish due to extra data and calls the last few months.

According to blue cube assistant I was able to do so as a user for more than 5 years.

Hope this bit of information helps for any first blue users who wants to change plan

anyone knows what is the router provided if sign up the fiber plans 100mbps? am on unifi same plan but celcom seems to offer cheaper with bundle

Can try call celcom and visit celcom center for more accurate information , hopefully is not old rounter but newer rounter

only available for new plan sign up

But it say prepaid to postpaid also can

Hi sifus, i want to port to Celcom prepaid for an unlimited package. However, I have 180 ringgit advance payment in Digi.

Do anyone tried to port over another telco and carry the advance payment to another telco? or is this possible?

Your digi line is postpaid? Excess payment will be refunded.

Your digi line is prepaid? Prepaid always burn whatever balance.
To save part of it, just change digi prepaid to cheapest digi postpaid first. Let it stabilise a day or 2. Then only MNP to Celcom.
