QUOTE(prosibu @ Mar 6 2020, 04:13 PM) U can play trick if ur phone support celcom volte. Celcom volte = volte button will be available if u insert celcom/mvno sim. Will that works? As far as I know android phones mostly has that feature but it's being blocked because carrier update hasn't push the update to enable it.Correct me if I'm wrong. |

Just wanna clarify, VoLTE is only available to Postpaid Mega plan or.....any postpaid plan?
I'm still on Gold plan RM80 and my phone is S20FE 5G. I called Celcom CS, and was told that ONLY Mega plan has the VoLTE option. I need to know if anyone else had VoLTE enabled with any other postpaid plan. |

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I called them and was told 24 hours to check again. Is it the same SOP for you as well? I tried reboot or turn AirPlane mode, still not showing the VoLTE option. |

QUOTE(haturaya @ Mar 25 2021, 06:54 PM) Mine was activated within 15 mins. Wahseh. Looks like I need to call again then ask them. DangggggIf you use Android phone, sometime, need to manually enable VoLTE mode / option. Edited - called them 3 times and were denied to activate VoLTE because I'm not on MEGA plan. WTFish? And funniest of all, iPhone 6s above, any postpaid plan will have VoLTE enabled. As for Android, main requirement is to have MEGA PLAN. This is some rubbish.......wei This post has been edited by Keatsan: Mar 25 2021, 09:24 PM |

QUOTE(haturaya @ Mar 25 2021, 09:48 PM) I contact them direct using Twitter. Had a chat, they verify my ID, account number and 15 mins after that, VoLTE appears on my phone. I'm now on Twitter direct chat too. I have 5 lines and I want to have them all activated. Hopefully this time it's smooth. Still halfway twittering.Dang Celcom... |

I sincerely wish Celcom activates the Voice over WIFI. With most of the telco tower down in affected flood areas, having wifi to make phone calls is really crucial. VoLTE or 2G is completely dead in flood prone or surrounding areas. First appear on DIGI and UMobile, and recently Maxis also enabled that features. Wonder why Celcom......is taking their sweet time.
