I'm interested in Celcom Mega plan, FAQ states that its not under contract but at the same time cannot change to prepaid. Also, from Mega cannot downgrade to XPax Lite. So what does that mean exactly? Need to port out if I want to stop using this plan?

I'm currently using Umobile, planning on porting out to Celcom. Is this the right place for me to ask for Celcom reviews? I have been using Umobile for around 5 years, have forgot what it's like using Celcom. I have tested Celcom's speed, bought a new sim card and very satisfied with it. But the strict FAQ is slightly confusing, and each call to CS is answered by staff with heavily accented English.

Same. Gave them a call, and got it back in within hours. According to them, i made the request to terminate the service. Never made such request, didnt do anything
