For New Xpax, if I subscribe to any internet plan, and I used Facebook after that,

Which data will it consume first?

Will it be the data from internet pack or the 10GB free Facebook data?

Cam someone confirm on this, thank you and I appreciate your help.

How will my quota be used when I subscribe to a Facebook Walla Add-On?

If you have an active Internet plan, your Internet plan quota will not be used when you access allowed Facebook sites at high speed.

If you do not have an active Internet plan, you will enjoy allowed Facebook sites at high speed using the Facebook Walla Add-On quota.

Taken from xpax website.

Thank you for the reply. But I don't think this FAQs from Xpax website actually answer my question. I'm saying about the 10GB Free Facebook data allowance that comes with New XPAX Plan, not Facebook Walla Add On.

So now, if I subscribe to any monthly or weekly internet plan, and I browse on Facebook, Im wondering if this will use my monthly / weekly data or will this use the Free 10GB Facebook data allowance.

Thanks.

For reference I have screenshot my Xpax apps data usage screen.

Sorry for the wrong info. sweat.gif

But still

What is the data usage priority rank for all Internet?

Freebies
Add On
Internet Plan
Free Basic
Pay per use

The 10GB Free Facebook data allowance should be under freebies i think.

Just a sharing. Few days ago I have subscribed to monthly internet for my xpax number and i found that even i was just using the FB app, but my monthly internet quota got deducted. I have make my enquiry about the sequence of quota deducting for Monthly Internet vs Free 10GB FB on celcom FB. They replied the the free 10GB FB quota should be deducted first when we use FB.

However, my own experiences showed me the opposite way. Just succesSfully MNP to Digi Best on this morning.

Thank you for the experience shared and I guess that they will deduct monthly Internet followed by free 10GB Facebook.

Cheeky indeed.

Wow that's fast. Still digi offering and signal is better nowadays than celcom or maxis.

Celcom really need to synchronize on what they do and what their CS tells their costumers.

I submit my MNP request in Digi Express Store on Saturday afternoon about 12pm, and my Xpax lost its signal on Sunday morning 9am. Less than 24hours.

I believe if you subscribe to the monthly plan (at least RM 30) you still eligible for it.

Works on mine... always subscribe to RM20 - 2gb data plan, then add another 3gb for RM3 (3GB45). thumbup.gif

So there's 3 redeem option for Pantai Timur XPAX sim:

1. Unlimited weekend Internet
2. Unlimited burung hantu internet
3. Unlimited call to same network

I wonder if there's more suggestion, like unlimited weekdays Video Walla... hmm.gif
