Xpax website is really a mess!!! They want to advertise more of their products or models ?
And the grey theme they use - so depressing color. They need to use more cheerful color

I think Celcom should just simplify their offerings.
Their Xpax website needs a revamp - very hard to get any information from it. All over the place. |

QUOTE(Anime in HD @ Dec 21 2017, 11:28 AM) Ok. Now me want to rant a bit. aduh...luckily only RM5.Block PPU not work at all. Today my credit kena telan. Left RM0.00 in my account. So, me want to say Block PPU is just something in OCS. But, when you buy it. Not work at all. Also, when i go there(OCS website again) me wait till 5 min still not popup that purchase. Block PPU is not real. Maybe that is Celcom website bugs only.. better to subscribe to internet plan when using smartphones. Smartphones have lots of background communication. |

QUOTE(JLA @ Apr 17 2018, 08:17 PM) Don't think so. People get 2-3 prepaid lines because they want to get the best in terms of call rate , data and coverage. This explains the over-saturation of prepaid segment. Because of this, the growth in prepaid segment is limited. It does not make commercial sense to keep slashing the price of prepaid products , to chase over a shrinking market. How come postpaid with unlimited call getting cheaper but prepaid call getting expensive ? hotlink flex the cheapest plan with unlimited call. Telcos now offer convergence - giving the best call rates and data in one plan. That is to say, instead of getting 3 lines, you could do with just ONE now , which has best call rates (unlimited calls, sms) and data. This is a strategy to persuade customers to move on to postpaid (which has less churn rate and more loyalty). |

QUOTE(azam_halim @ Jul 20 2018, 10:48 PM) Also learn about this gamescape recently when i realise my wifes credit keeps decreasing...complained via ocs and they confirmed its gamescape... Emailed gamescape and request them to unsubscribe my line, and they email me back saying its done...hope no more robbery... I suggest we consumers switch to a telco that takes unsolicited 3rd party charges seriously. Digi is the only telco that has TAC authentication for any 3rd party charges to detect genuine transaction. Quit your current telco, and list the reason. If enough of us do this, telco will be forced to change. This post has been edited by Chrono-Trigger: Jul 21 2018, 09:17 AM |

QUOTE(RickJames09 @ Jul 24 2018, 10:30 AM) Hi, Doable. Bear in mind that there is a minimum stay period of 1 month before you could port out from Hotlink to Celcom.I have a question about Celcom Mobile Family Plan. Firstly, I am using First Gold Plus plan and my wife is using Rm45 postpaid plan which I believe is no longer in the market. I am planning to register for Mobile Family Plan (ie. my wife will be under my account as supplementary line) so that I can share internet data with her. I went to Celcom Blue Cube over the weekend and the staff said that my wife cannot be supplementary line under my account because she is an existing customer and if she wants to be under my account, she needs to get a new number (ie. cannot retain the current number). Is that true? But the staff also said that if wife is using other telco, it can be done. So I was thinking that maybe my wife need to port out to Hotlink (for example) then port out again to Celcom in order for her to be supplementary line under my name in Celcom Mobile Family. Will that work? and after she port out to Hotlink, does she need to change the sim name to my name so that when wanna port out to celcom later, it will be under my name then can subscribe the Mobile Family Plan. Thanks in advance! Just wondering, for the amount you are paying at Celcom, have you considered getting Maxis + supplementary line combo? it's actually the same price. |

QUOTE(sinisterair @ Sep 17 2019, 11:54 PM) Forgot to updatelah geng. Unlimited call??Mysteriously the subscription was not autorenewed. I subscribed the weekly rm6 actually. I don't know why the package changed and unlimited call is added. Contact cs about my package is not autorenewed. The celcom cs escalated my report to the technical team. The technical team answer was 'i was not subscribed to any internet package' and 'need to try resubscribed any package available'. And my case was recorded as solved?! I regretted not to test the unlimited call beforehand... |
