Block PPU not work at all. Today my credit kena telan. Left RM0.00 in my account. Syukur det time left RM5 only. Not much.

So, me want to say Block PPU is just something in OCS. But, when you buy it. Not work at all. Also, when i go there(OCS website again) me wait till 5 min still not popup that purchase.

Block PPU is not real. Maybe that is Celcom website bugs only..

Bro, you're the first person in a very long time who says xpax data plans looks very confusing ..... onexox season pass can be confusing ... but xpax mix-n-match data plans is kinda straight forward to me .....

Just changed to xp50 because no need everytime go top up, cannot find parking and store to do top up...

I have a question about Celcom Mobile Family Plan. Firstly, I am using First Gold Plus plan and my wife is using Rm45 postpaid plan which I believe is no longer in the market. I am planning to register for Mobile Family Plan (ie. my wife will be under my account as supplementary line) so that I can share internet data with her.

I went to Celcom Blue Cube over the weekend and the staff said that my wife cannot be supplementary line under my account because she is an existing customer and if she wants to be under my account, she needs to get a new number (ie. cannot retain the current number). Is that true?

But the staff also said that if wife is using other telco, it can be done. So I was thinking that maybe my wife need to port out to Hotlink (for example) then port out again to Celcom in order for her to be supplementary line under my name in Celcom Mobile Family. Will that work?

and after she port out to Hotlink, does she need to change the sim name to my name so that when wanna port out to celcom later, it will be under my name then can subscribe the Mobile Family Plan.

Mysteriously the subscription was not autorenewed. I subscribed the weekly rm6 actually. I don't know why the package changed and unlimited call is added.

Contact cs about my package is not autorenewed. The celcom cs escalated my report to the technical team. The technical team answer was 'i was not subscribed to any internet package' and 'need to try resubscribed any package available'. And my case was recorded as solved?!

I regretted not to test the unlimited call beforehand...

Been using the 35 CUP for almost 2 weeks now, data usage is around 50GB and I'm quite satisfied with it.

YT usage is between 480p and 720p, depends on area I'm at.
Playing mobile games is ok,no noticeable lag.
