First time facing problem with celcom
Paid my bill via maybank2u app as usual (celcom account already saved in my maybank2u account) this morning after sahur... Strangely, did not receive sms afterward (usually after 1min will receive sms)..
Celcom apps also show bill not paid...so, i called cs in the evening...to my suprise, i was given some troublesome steps to lodge a report which must be done by uploading my payment receipt at celcom website only.. After that, i have to call cs again giving the reference no that i receive after lodging report!..
Really???... I know i can just read up my payment reference no to cs and they can just cross.check it... That is the easiest way that i can think of (use that method with tm and astro a few times)... But celcom still need us to go through all those time wasting steps...grow up lah celcom..

Is the 3GB45 still work? (its the additional 3gb data for rm5).... If i didnt receive the sms, can i still use it?

btw, is it the 3gb45 a free for all offer?...coz i seems to only get to subscribe to it after receive sms offer from celcom...and the sms also got validity period....sometimes send many sms also rejected, reply is the promo has ended...maybe coz i still on magicsim plan?

3GB45 is usually applicable for old Sim version..aka Xpax24..Frenz..IOX..

3GB42 is usually for those SIM having basic internet

I already subscribed to monthly interner plan (rm48 for 5gb, free call to celcom, 30min other network, etc)... Auto.renewal lagi....sometimes receive sms for 3gb45, sometimes not.... btw its my wife punya line....mine using first blue ($45 for 5gb+5gb)

Also learn about this gamescape recently when i realise my wifes credit keeps decreasing...complained via ocs and they confirmed its gamescape... Emailed gamescape and request them to unsubscribe my line, and they email me back saying its done...hope no more robbery...

sorry...i dont get it....your wife is already on the rm45 plan (which i assume the legendary 5+5 plan) and u in first gold plus...

so you want to go for mobile family plan, which i assume you will be rataining your current plan, and your wife will be on the mobile family (rm48) with 5gb shareable

is it because your wife need more data than she currently have (im assuming its 5+5)?...and you use less than 40gb?

or perhaps my understanding of this family plan is wrong.. rclxub.gif

i always subscribe to rm48 per month pack that gives 3+2gb with unlimited call to all celcom numbers (get from boost app)...but not available anymore...

is there any 'promo' data add on other than the one in app (2gb $20/5gb $45)?...xpax got 3gb45...postpaid got something like that?

if i mnp from prepaid xpax to yoodo, and then to xpax50, how long should i stay in yoodo before switch to xpax50?
throughout this process, would it effect my mobile banking esp tac from maybank?
