Think twice before switching. I am experiencing an issue for months namely cannot get OTP. What frustrate me the most is how Celcom agent handling the case. They asked for short code of the sender. The funny part is how can we provide them that when we are unable to get the OTP at the first place. After months of lodging reports, i do not know whether they had highlighted my name but now the latest ome who deal with it very smart. Do not engange a communication till they temporary stop the issue and close the case. This lady in particular is very ignorant, gave me a miscall and close my case without double check with me. She gave me a list of the OTP that i can get and deemed it case closed. It is very tiring for me to keep chasing them for the case as if i am working for CELCOM * Latest update(26/05/20): the agent closes my case again today, no choice but to complain her even on raya( not my intention to spoil others mood but she did not do her part and I have given her countless times to redeem her mistake. Telco U & M CS also simply close case & says it's resolved... don't want to let the case backlog.. so that ignorant customers just forget about their case...

ge once felt the RM 30 5GB was way faster although it has lesser quota. Want to ask, do you find the speed of this RM 38 30GB package to be very slow? I subscribed this packa

3Mbps is considered as "slow" for many people standard...
30GB given sure cannot fully utilized one. On normal usage.. if u on 24/7 then possible to use up.. but still it's considered as slow 😁
