guys, do we still have the social pack? i remember celcom have this plan where we can keep using the internet with no time limit until 150MB finish, i'm looking for a telco that offers this kind of plan.

just check pelan: SOX expire 2022 call sms rates has been update following kelentong plan. All celcom prepaid whatever plan using the One rates rules them all which is 30sen/minute , 15sen/sms

1Malaysia plan if i am not wrong.. Still have that RM18 for 1GB
But then... It is still Xpensive than the RM20 2GB Monthly though.
Unless can get NET3 plan where RM3 500mb monthly

I am currently planning to subscribe for the Celcom Broadband with the free video walla. The plan I am looking for is rm70 20gb data plus free 40gb data on video walla which claims that the data can be used on Netflix and YouTube. Is the speed on the video walla the same speed as I am getting in my normal mobile? If I connect it to my smart tv and use Netflix and YouTube apps on that tv, will it auto deduct from the video walla threshold or my normal data threshold ?

Trying to clarify before commuting the 2 years contract.

Another question, on the celcom first gold plus plan (rm98). The 100gb free video walla won't work on hotspot to my tv right ? Even I plug it in modem it is considered hotspot ?

Part 2: 30 Days Return Policy

What is 30 Days Return Policy?
30 Days Return Policy is for Celcom Home Wireless customers who want to cancel the 24 months contract within 30 days and they will be no monthly fee charged to the customer.

How can I be entitled for the 30 Days Return Policy?
Every Celcom Home Wireless subscriber is automatically entitled to 30 days return policy. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you must return the modem with the complete accessories in good condition and fill in the termination form within 30 days after plan activated.
You must bring the device to purchase store when you request for the termination, if failed to return the device, penalty will be imposed and you must pay the penalty RM499.00 upfront or else the termination cannot be done. Upon bad condition, lost or refuse to return the device to Celcom, the warranty of the device will be deemed void.

What happens if I return and incomplete or faulty modem due to my negligence?Penalty will be incurred if you terminate without returning the complete set or a faulty/dented modem. The penalty is RM499.00. Complete set of accessories is referring to modem, adaptor, LAN cable, user manual and modem box.

Where do I return my modem and complete accessories?
You have to go to the purchased store if you want to return and terminate the service within 30 days.

When sms 30DAYS2GB, got 2GB. But when sms 3GB42, sms reply said only for selected prepaid customer. Tsk tsk...
