I get full speed when I download stuff off my Google Drive.

Where is the TnC.

I get the same limitation while utilizing video walla.

That's the same thing I get. Youtube stuck at 1080p, smooth for 720p. Netflix wont go beyond 720p.

I guess I am gonna return it on Day 29.

The limit is per line/sim.

I tried running Youtube 1080p on PC, then load Youtube 1080p on my phone. One of them will start buffering

The grey area is on Google Drive. Which uses Google's traffic, and might be confused with Youtube traffic.

If it uses Video Walla quota, you can route your seedbox to sync with Google Drive, and download files from there. Since it is full speed.
Some Terrarium sources are hosted on Google Drive too.

Didn't try on chromecast netflix. Don't think it makes any difference if PC/Tablet Netflix wont speed past 2.5Mbps

Coverage depends on tower load/capacity.
If the tower is fully loaded, no point for Celcom to add users and degrade the line

Same tower lah. If that tower got many XPAX, normal celcom user, then it will limit the registration of celcom wireless. As evident from Video Walla capped speed, celcom wireless is treated as lowest priority compared to other services.

Also, why would Celcom waste extra capex setting up base station just for Celcom wireless?

My home in Penang surrounded by high-rise residential. No coverage due to congestion.

My current area show no coverage.
I registered with Hometown address but use in 'no coverage' area. Able to get up to 50Mbps.
But Video Walla still 2.5Mbps

Anyway, speed is area dependent. I stay quite near to a Celcom base station, hence the speed.
