That is only applicable if he have a crlcom number and a ocs account in the first place. Now he don't have a number, no ocs, so no way for now he can check, unless he get 1 of the number and use that one

Video walla is valid for 1 year. Also gold plus don't have contract.

Was browsing the website and 3x quota seems to be the phrase im confused. For instance,

For rm30, i will get 5gbx3= 15 gb of data every month?  Or that extra 10 gb for 3days?

Lets say i buy add on RM20 for late night Internet, i  will get 45g (15 gb for 30 days and 30 gb only for 3 days?)
