I think it affect both, some people in DJI forum suspecting related to heat. Hope DJI can give proper answer for this, else dont dare to fly far

Finally you got your Spark where you flying when it show magnetic interference? Try avoid within building, cell tower or power line.

I suggest everytime when flying, after take off let it hold 1 or 2 min if you feel it's drifting, check GPS count then land it and re-calibrate compass.

My Spark just arrived. Wohooo~

say until i finally got my spark.. hahaha.. i crashes it 3 times 1st time try landing on palm failed cz unbalance n i drop it 2nd time hover too high then i signal it back, no respond and out of a sudden bang into walls. 3rd time bang into tennis court fences after it take off. gps ok at first suddenly gone haywired and show magnetic interference. then drift uncontrollably .. i did gps count n calibrate before i take off. i was just trying out at my condo surrounding.. thought of testing the function and familiar with it first. not really fly yet leh..

i will try testing go further at more open space then..

Haha, cause you were considering that time. So far I still fail to land on palm put my hand below so long and it never wanted to land, not sure if my hand too small it cant detect

Tennis court not a good idea as the fence is made by metal, so high chance it cause interference. The SPARK is very sensitive actually try at open big field, maybe those public soccer field or park.

So far I'm quite satisfy with the SPARK except for the distance. Only manage to reach 500 meter and my video transmission lost.

yeah contemplated but once saw good price straight buy haha.. after few attempts i can manage to land on palm. i guess my palm smaller than yours cz i'm a gal haha.. however fly and away sometimes can't detect. yeah la.. so my props and guard got a little scratches.. luckily not very big issue.. however my fren who bought around the same time as mine, he broke his spark lens

i think you need a mavic pro and not spark haha.. for me spark serves and suits me. cause i don't plan to fly up that high kekeke. btw, don't fly up that high with spark. lotsa lost drones and fly away drone due to lost transmission

Yeap, using RC with OTG cable. and I change to 2.4ghz instead of 5.8ghz. With 5.8ghz i reach 120meter lost video feed.

Yeah, i also feel so too now. But too late to change, gonna keep the spark until it dead Last week I try 200 meter, amazing but scary at same time, haha. All the story of fly away, very scare to do altitude and range test.

If using control, i think u need to change to Gesture mode in order for it to land

If you launch without controller, it can palm land normally

Yeap, already did. Was playing with the gesture control, other is sort of working fine but less sensitive, just the palm land do not want to work on my hand

lens broke where got cover under warranty.. gonna repair by ownself

now i learn another thing. i didn't know that using rc need to change to gesture mode in order for it to land..

Anyone notice that the Micro USB Port underneath the controller wasn't in the shape of common Micro USB? Its a rectangle shape.

Last night when i tried to plug the cable in my first attempt failed to plug it, i thought something wrong with the port.

Found this when tried to search for solution. At the end able to plug the cable in (so afraid that i'd put too much force and broke the pin in side).

no issue for me to plug in.. just slightly tight only
