As i look up on Shasinki, the Fly More Combo will arrive at the end of July.. Only basic one will arrive in middle on June..  shakehead.gif
*
Yeap, all other country Fly more combo only begin shipping on 30th June and Basic is on 15th June. First 1,000 order in China will receive next day shipping on the day of release for basic model, which some of them had got it 2 days after Spark announcement.

Ohh.. So, Fly More Combo might arrived early in Malaysia right? Since basic model already sold in Malaysia  laugh.gif
Just checked Drone Kaki website, they just increase the price from RM2499 to RM2699 since the demand is high.. Thats, more than RM300 higher from RRP.. Damn flipper Drone Kaki.. I guess i wont buying from them anymore.. LOL  bruce.gif

I'll wait and see if they will update the firmware to support 1080p60 and DNG lol

Yeah.. I'm hoping for 60fps too.. 30fps seems like yesteryear tech..  sweat.gif
*
Hoping for RAW format too, not so interested in 60fps. In dilemma between Mavic Pro or Spark but in the end chose Spark due to portability and for Mavic price gonna be heart pain if did any error sweat.gif

hopefully Spark it's stable enough when fly high, main purpose I get is for photography during travelling and hiking.

Ordered at DJI Paradigm? Or the official online store? I tried ordering in their online store but it seems they took away shipping to Msia. I remember I tried for Mavic last time and it was possible, but now no more =.=

Same, for me the lack of DNG is the main priority, the 60fps would be a nice bonus if they update the firmware for it... But being 2-axis gimbal, without the yaw i hope panning smooth video shots won't be affected so much... i saw a few clips in youtube and the Spark stutters very noticeably.
*
official online store cause im staying in SG now.

As I read most comment, the stutter is due to high shutter speed and low frame rate thus its not sync,if you equip with ND filter and lower down the shutter speed it should be fine.

So far for a palm size drone having such quality is sufficient for me. I go for it mainly also due to the light weight, 1 spark + 3 battery seems like lighter than 1 mavic pro with 1 battery.

I thought so too, however in the videos, there was a comparison between Mavic, Spark and Phantom at the same time/conditions/area and only the Spark had the stutter.

Yeap, notice that too. Hopefully its due to beta firmware for review unit and get fixed on production unit.

is phantom 3 a better buy ?
*
That depends if you need portability. I would say both target different type of customer, if you are serious in aerial photography I believe you should go for P3 else if just for hobby and different perspective of photo I believe Spark will be enough too.

i think it's quite hard to get the flymore combo accessories at rm1k.. the rrp price already listed out. unless non dji malaysia warranty

Whats the combo RRP in Malaysia?

QUOTE(angel-girl @ Jul 11 2017, 11:02 AM)
u too!mostly for selfie and close video shooting when travelling, so dont think i need that hehe.the standard package doesnt comes with charger right? need to charge with the drone? if so then need to buy another battery and the hub...
*
Better get the hub, I charge 2 battery with the hub, less than 1 hour fully charge both, if you charge using SPARK, it take around an hour+ for each battery

QUOTE(grandteton @ Jul 11 2017, 11:20 AM)
Just got my dji spark as a birthday present.  Happy with it thus far, pretty good video quality although not 4K.  Plan is to take this with me hiking to take some sweet aerial shots.

Have not had too much of a chance to really fly it high due to living in the city and have to abide by certain no-fly-zone restrictions in the US (cannot be within 5 miles of airport).

Thinking of getting the controller for better range.  Have an android - apparently doesn't work as well with android phones as has less functions.
*
Spark is more fun with controller and give you better range.

from the announcement from dji malaysia distributor the RRP price will be as below

standard set - 2288
combo set - 3188
remote controller - 679
charging hub - 315
propeller guard - 87
battery - 223
shoulder bag - 269
folding propellers - 41

so imho opinion buying the combo set is more worth it. unless one manage to get the full bundle accessories that is around rm900 but that is hardly impossible.. unless china set  hmm.gif
*
Oh, interesting. Price is slightly cheaper than getting in Singapore via DJI online store. In singapore, alot reseller is selling combo accessories only for 400 SGD, cheaper if you bought spark from them.

Yeap, I believe combo set is much more worth it & to fully enjoy Spark, you will need to get full combo set and + 2 additional battery. 2 Battery is not satisfy enough when you fly, I find 4 battery just nice and can fully utilize the charging adapter + hub.

The battery in Malaysia is so cheap, in SG after convert to RM need around RM280+ sweat.gif

Eh. You are in SG as well?. You can actually get the battery around $78 here from carousell or wait for some nice voucher for qoo10/ Lazada , but no matter how, its almost impossible to beat the combo pricing.
*
Yeah, just got here few months ago.

Haha, already got the battery. Yup, its better to get the combo. You are also using Spark?

but if you don't convert.. dollar to dollar.. i think sg should be cheaper and affordable price hahaha.. but are sg reseller sell those combo accessories original from dji sg or dji china? i know lotsa reseller in msia hike up the price before the launching and some not original from dji malaysia even the accessories

dji combo set will be available in malaysia probably by beginning of aug
*
Yup, it's much much more affordable compare to Malaysia if dollar to dollar. Once start working in SG, purchasing power is damn different compare when work in Malaysia tongue.gif

Some famous shop is local DJI SG, but price will be slightly higher while those much cheaper abit will be DJI china, it come with chinese instruction. Agree wit reseller in Msia, when global just release, I saw the price in Malaysia is crazily high sweat.gif

DJI online store do not ship to Malaysia right? So for DJI Malaysia set have to get thru DJI official store like Paradigm mall?

Btw do you know the reason why the combo set takes so long to arrive?
*
Should be due to stock shortage, Malaysia not priority thus take longer. Some of the people in US/UK just got their combo set like recently where they mostly pre order around June.

i don't know. when i ask the seller, they say it's the shipment of dji to distributor haven't arrive yet. only arrived standard set.  cry.gif

so i still waiting for the combo set.. unless i can get the standard set in a very low price with msia warranty hahaha..
*
Do Malaysia/US/China warranty matters? As I see even for SG set, for warranty we still have to bare the cost to ship to DJI Shen Zhen, and DJI bare the cost for express shipping back to us after it's repair.

msia power power is too low.. already not enough to spend la.. how to spend on others?  biggrin.gif  dji online doesn't ship to msia. to buy dji malaysia set have to go through official seller that take stock from local distributor that bring in dji products. the one in paradigm mall is not dji official store.. it's only the shop name and i don't think it have affiliated with dji
for malaysia warranty, if got any issue. we just need to send back to the shop and they will send to distributor for warranty or repair locally. it depends on distributor.. some distributor will send back to china but the cost is not bare by consumer. that is what i heard. full details not sure.
*
Haha, Agree. If compare dollar to dollar, eating and transportation in SG is much cheaper than KL. Oh, I thought the store in paradigm mall is DJI official store, as the design very similar to those official DJI store.

Oh I see, seems like Malaysia is better. In SG, some shop which I ask they will help to send back to DJI but still require to pay a small fees like about 30 SGD.
