It's a full custom DIY light for tanks between 1feet and 1.5feeters. It hold 36watts(18watts x 2) of PL-L Philips.

the body is made of aluminium for great heat dispersion and etc etc etc. the rod has been tested to withstand 10Kgs +/- So that light which weighs 0.8kg is allright. (It has a E-ballast from plhillips hidden inside..)

Price is Rm 6xx. Be prepared to spend to get this fancy little gizmo. (prices on sized differ of course.)

@ tenchi, are those plants form your tanks?

the marsilea in the pic is badly infected with algae LOL!

@ catacombs,
everyone has their preferences to lighting. LOL!!! As long as you get results from it and you're happy with it then it's good. Skillz and experience comes first. then only do we go for Cosmetics(Not applying that I'm very skilled but I was having a ehadache for my nano tank lighting in terms of practicality,)

I designed that Light so I can maintain my tank easily, I'll take an image of it in 'maintenance mode' later tonight LOL!

My light system can be made to budget type.. instead of hanging that fancy lighting over there. Hang your ocean free lights LOL!!

tie them using plastic or stainless steel mesh, and lawn them on the ground...
