Any updates on percentage sold? I heard sales is very poor, Sunway too confident, even with Geo Lake which I still think it's way overpriced considering current market trend and with no GST (which should provide some cost savings about 2-3%)

This FIZ (flee industrial zon) area had been there for a few decades already.
Most big name factories have moved out except a few eg Omlon... Don't think those remaining factories will move out soon.

Not sure if Sunwai wanna eat a portion of FIZ.

Actually they acquired tamara land already...so kinda logic if they eat up this land also...

As for other factories was told some of it is moving out soon...for example tamara which moved its operation to shah alam..

As a buyer i hope for the best here haha
