For the right price, I think Sunway will redevelop the entire SWFTZ, they already have their extreme park up and running and the “lake” similar to their South Quay concept

In case anyone wondering, i got the Houzkey offer right after 1st PKP. so the offer was quite different from the current one.

The jam along jalan ss8/2 is terribly unbearable. Wonder why it takes so long for the sewerage works i assume to be done as the two big excavators block half of the roadway that makes the jam even worse.
