Although the footprint of comparable houses in Eco Ardence is smaller than SEP (38 X 85 vs 46 X 85 for a semi-detached house), having visited both developments, Eco Ardence wins hands down in terms of landscaping and density of the houses. Whereas every row of houses in Eco Ardence has a minimum of 20' "backlane garden", there's none for SEP. If one is deciding between these two. Just get an Eco Ardence home. There's no competition between these two at identical price point.

Was at the Sales Gallery over the weekend. They had a s super mini home expo, with the Signature Group and a BMW test drive looking like the main booths.

Saw also only Cora Units on display.

Was asking about leftover AERES units and seems got 2 Semi-Ds available due owners forfeiting their deposits. Pricing from RM 1.9 mil upwards though SA was telling me got 8% + 5% discount on this. So if anyone interested can still go try.
