Wonder what was the initial price for Aeres PH back then? Much difference compare to Dremien GH?

Hi THis is just my 2cents. I stay in Setia Alam for the past 6 years. I suggest you check out the balance unit in phase 1 and 2 because the location is better. The location for Nara is very near to tol and highway. Also, quite near to HTC. Just survey survey first. Also one thing to consider is the famous jam. I experience the evolution of this Famous Setia Alam JAM for the past 6 years. From smooth drive to crazy jam and soon madness if the road is not upgrade or open another exit from Setia Alam.

Apparently certain rows in Dremien quite close to HTC too. Nara is relatively close too, was told there will be commercial building blocking off the HTC before Nara. Someone can verify

Nara didn't have 3 phase, smart home system and upper floor is laminated wooden flooring not wood stripe compare to phase 1 & 2.

No ma 1st home owner, property below 500K, stamp duty is exempted to RM300K. Just pay the stamp duty on the remaining. Not sure about this one.

No idea, haven't been to sales gallery for months. If other units down the road are sold, then it might not be the only reason. Layout?
Can't expect 100% sold for property at this range.

Btw any idea what's the take up rate in Nara landed?
