I vote for ecopark especially those preicints nearer to the forest.

Lower maintenance fee and club hse sibscription is optional.

EA generally too mixed w highrises apartments affortable housing all mixed into one development.

I saw their demarcation, north part of EA for landed, south part of EA for shop and terrace house....quite a obvious demarcation via the roundabout...

almost identical. Aeres 32x75 with 20ft backlane , Dremien 32x70 with 20ft backlane.
Landscape and specs of the house are the same basically.

last I heard, EW struggle with Dremien.

BUT setia also struggle with what Villa enclave next to Ecopark until they postponed the soft launch and decided to build show village.

In a nutshell, I think ppl are willing to pay 1.2mil or thereabout for a landed home in a well designed enclave in good address. Anything more than this, developers will find difficulty to sell.

Ecopark hasn't have any significant launches in the past 12 months.

EW...their projects all sangkut and cannot move in secondary market becoz of it pricing in the first place. It works when market is good. When it is slow while all prop also stuck..seems like the ummps of its brand doest help to sell higher subsales price and worst less liquid.. and delivery like exosky is way below expectation. When comes to EW prop it is all about buy high sell higher...if it doesnt work then buy high hold long long..
