I always buy my stuff from Taobao China using app and face with no issue because my address is in China.
However, I tried selecting location as Malaysia in the app and I would have assumed those sellers appear in Malaysia location should be able to send to Malaysia. So far, they kept telling me they don't send goods to Malaysia.
I wonder how did you guys make your purchases in Taobao? Using desktop page and let it direct to Taobao World? Fill in Malaysia address and they will send to us? I don't want to trouble my China friends so much and I was thinking to buy my own stuff from China. Your guidance is much appreciated.
it depends.. u either cn direct ship or use some dealer that u cn ask them to help u to ship. just that u need to make sure the item u buy are good.. cause else it is hard to get refund...However, I tried selecting location as Malaysia in the app and I would have assumed those sellers appear in Malaysia location should be able to send to Malaysia.
