Bandar Tasek Selatan.. Normal n stable speed, but it can go up to 60Mbps sometimes..
 Using Galaxy S7E as modem (mobile hotspot)..   For gaming, its superb  Even wireless broadband + wireless receiver, my BF1 still can get 80ms and my sniping still ohsem hahahaha!
