You may try to go DiGi center say you want to replace the SIM, probably you wil get RM10 charge for the SIM replacement.

What I thought as well.
Just now I called DiGi customer service, she said it's not possible to get the sim card at DiGi center.
Maybe getting replacement sim would work, but it's not activated yet I presume.

Digi Infinite 150 plan is activated the moment you register for it.. Kinda unfair to users which I have voiced out.

Tonight I will break fast with some of their Heads and I will voice out my feedback about their products and services.

You have to wait for the SIM card being activated first, or else i dont think they will let you replace the SIM

It's already activated when it is registered and will start charging you.

high chance digi at your area is super congested...tested it at night time or during the day?

really um has more tower? but my speed never get more than 2mbps from speed tests & very unstable, network jump between 4G/3G/2G

Mine is I cannot use 3G, it is very slow must stick to LTE only.

find cheap used tplink mr3420 if u really dowan get new modem
