trade stuck on rakuten since 8:50. what gives? cant cancel, cant amend. do i complain to BNM, Bursa or SC?

Anyone (or Rakuten Admin) familiar with Rakuten Trade US trading FX rate?

how come the exchange rate for the realized profit (after minus out the trading fee already) so low 3.865? (compare to the indicated Rate) Rakuten is earning from the FX spread is it?

Anyone have idea can enlighten me?

SEC Fee (US):
0.00051% on trading value with a min fee of USD 0.01

FINRA Fee (US):
0.013% per share with a min. fee of USD 0.01 (capped at USD 6.49)

Stamp Duty

Fee and maximum amount is depended on stock type

US Shares: MYR 1.50 for every MYR 1,000.00 contract value, maximum MYR 1000.00

US ETF: MYR 1.00 for every MYR 1,000.00

But these fees shouldn’t be that much not less than rm100

Go check with them as FX rate at 3.8+ is really problematic on your calculation
