Check with Rakuten for manual pick up but I doubt they will do because the cost involved with it

It won’t be cheap as they might charge you as odd lot pricing doh.gif

Hello forumers, I would like to transfer my shares from RakutenTrade to other brokers with Nominee account.
In the transfer form:
1. Under Transferee Name, should I put my name or the CDS nominee account name which is [Broker Name] [My Name]?
2. Reason Code for Transfer, since I am transferring to my other CDS account with other broker, I should be choosing option ‘A - no change in beneficial ownership’ rite?

Sorry, a noob here. This is my first time applying for share transfer.
I can’t find answers to my questions anywhere.
Thanks a lot.

I think you collect too much unrelated info

Using IBKR eh.

What's the value proposition here that users would not open their own IBKR account on www.interactivebrokers.com? Only $0.35 USD per trade.

QUOTE
U.S Market
For Foreign Trading in the U.S Market, Rakuten Trade (RT) has collaborated with Interactive Brokers LLC (IBKR) and opted for
IBKR’s Order Routing System
in respect of the dealings with order by clients.
Generally, IBKR provides two (2) different account of IBKR’s Order Routing System:
(1) IBKR-PRO; and (2) IBKR-LITE.

For more information about the IBKR-PRO and IBKR-LITE offerings, please visit the IBKR website.

RT will be using IBKR-LITE under IBKR’s Order Routing System. It is important that you read, understand, and assess whether
the IBKR-LITE offering fits your own trading objectives and goals. Below are the basic information regarding IBKR-LITE and
are not meant to be exhaustive. While the information herein regarding IBKR-LITE is obtained from sources that RT believes
to be reliable, RT does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of such information.

Please refer to the detailed features and information as set forth in the IBKR website (Please note that the information in the
IBKR website hyperlinked here and in any part of these Terms are to be read subject to the non-availability of the features
described herein, and to the extent applicable to the product being offered under your account). IBKR Lite | Interactive Brokers
LLC

IBKR-LITE
By using IBKR-LITE, the Client will be charged zero commission for National Market System (NMS) stock orders (subject to
paragraph* below) and ETF orders. IBKR-LITE orders are generally routed to select over-the-counter market-makers (“Market
Makers’’) for handling [Commissions | Interactive Brokers LLC]. IBKR’s agreements with the Market Makers provide IBKR payment
for order flow from each Market Maker for trades executed with that Market Maker.

(* IBKR-LITE National Market System (NMS) stock orders that execute at the open or at the close (‘’OnOpen” or “OnClose”
orders respectively) are commission-free in any given month so long as the accounts aggregate OnOpen and OnClose
executed order volume in that month does not exceed a certain percentage of the account’s aggregate US stock trading volume
in that same month.)

IBKR may also route IBKR-LITE orders to another broker, Alternative Trading System (“ATS”) or exchange (each an "Away
Route"), in which case IBKR may collect payment for order flow for trades executed at or through that Away Route.

By using the IBKR-LITE service, the Client authorises lBKR to receive and retain such payments from Market Maker and Away
Routes, in whole or in part, for IBKR's own account and not that of the Client, in consideration for services provided by IBKR
to the Client

so they act as introducing broker just like Tradestation Global but their fee is way higher, earning commission from the differences of commission between rakuten-IBKR lite hmm.gif
