my unifi 30mbps already no contract. call and go to tm point ask for downgrade also no hope. they say for new subscriber only!

Yesterday installer came, brought ZTE, single box modem/router. He said cause Unifi Lite, that's why using this single box, not modem box & router box....

Anyway, DSL light was blinking for long time, didn't connect until very long time, only managed to connect 2 or 3 times in 1 hour time while he change ports...

So he said my cable not good, signal not stable, need to change new cable. Have to pull new
cable from riser which is about 20+ to 30 metre I guess, quoted me RM250. Is this price reasonable ?

Now waiting for him to get back to me whether he can come back next week to continue.

Currently using Streamyx without any problem, so I just experienced VDSL is not just simple
swap & play....

tm system show unifi lite available and able to process application, but physical hardware is not support at my parent house 
as per their contractor only able support streamyx 8mbps
application is now pending in system & tm staff promise will find out what happen

managed to get unifi lite with help from Leon .
now figuring out how to check whether my existing fixed line and streamyx is terminated .. .. normally how long will it take for termination to take place?
