    Please be informed for UniFi service application made without verification using MyKad Reader, customer may be subjected to an upfront payment of

        i.RM 100.00 for Malaysian Citizen*
        ii.RM 500.00 for a customer who is a non-citizen or a permanent resident of Malaysia
        iii.RM 200.00 for business customer*
    Note:*For I Love TM Application only

    The upfront payment is payable within ten (10) days, starting from date of Service Activation, failing which the account will be suspended. The amount will be credited into the customer's bill. Kindly refer www.tm.com.my for detailed Terms and Condition for UniFi.

Can u check if my area is covered by unifi lite?

I want upgrade my streamyx 4mb to the rm129 package. Can or not? Any agent here can help?

Is half day leave enough time for the installation? or better to take full day? Based on your experience. FAQ say 4-8hours

My brother has been using VIP10 for >5 years with a nice phone number 03-xxxxxxxx.
I have just install Unifi Lite for 2 months with 07-zzzzzzzz a random phone number.
My brother will be terminating his VIP10 so can I request TM to replace my number 07-zzzzzzzz with his number but starting with "07", ie 07-xxxxxxxx.

p/s : answer should be highly unlikely, diff states.

If i am using unifi since many years ago paying the rm149 and gotten the free upgrade from 5mbps to 10mbps.. can i still apply for the lite for rm129? i don't need the free calls anymore

one who doesn't have unifi coverage can somehow get unifi lite due to not updated info from TM side
when TM say port is full, these agents somehow are able to get available port and able to register unifi lite to them
these are the cases that i've observed from this thread that are unable to do with TM hotline/TM website
and i observed that most success case here are mostly through agent and not TM themselves

Correct. The other way to get STB is if the area support UniFi 30M or above, upgrade to UniFi 30M. You will get the STB. Then downgrade back to UniFi 10M and request to maintain the STB. Downgrade fee is RM200 or refresh contract. If do not want to pay, just choose refresh contract
