Already asked them, they said not available. But i wonder why TM keep putting tent outside the housing area asking people to sign up for Unifi (30/50). If Unifi is available, shouldn't Lite be available too ?

Not really. Those part-timers are selling streamyx too. They are not aware of new product. Also, the Unifi VIP packages were made available to a very small portion of Kuching residents (Tabuan, 2013-15), only those VIP5 users would have been upgraded to Unifi Lite. New coverage areas only 30/50/100 from the beginning.

hey there, im vip5 user. very old package haha
im just aware that this new unifi lite thing came out recently. may i ask whats the different with this and unifi? cos the website is different, unifi and unifixstreamyx.
so, if i want to upgrade to this unifi lite from vip5, isit they just upgrade from the server or i have to re-apply the whole thing again? cos im not sure my package is under unifi or streamyx though....

You may see the hope after Gawai, since TM had announced (in October 2016) they will launch a new product for non-Unifi customers in June 2017.
