If you read the previous posts, some report as having better reception while some dont. I do think the reception is a bit poorer than my previous S7E. But other than that, the phone works flawlessly. Dont let anything hold you back, just unbox and use it. You can resist it.

I at JB also success one to one exchange before for my previous S2 Tab that have not constant when view dark grey colour in total dark environment. I told the store and they believe me and close the store room light to check and later one to one exchange for me.

manager and the manager also said yes can change if not in perfect condition and lucky my first open box is in perfect condition.

In summary I want to said is I believe those success one to one exchange at store and this is not an issue for Malaysia Samsung Store.

In between I am from JB. Which means at least KL and JB Samsung Store is allowed to do this.

May i know what is the best sd card for this phone. Dont want after using it sometime the sd card will damage or need to format

best meaning GB/RM? or read/write speed? there's no best.. check the dealer, warranty and reviews.. and if its too good to be true, it probably is.

that said, alot out there which is good. lexar, transcend, toshiba, etc.. i try stay away from samsung and sandisk. dont know why. haha

I also get to exchanged mine due to red tint issue. Bought SG telco set, compare against the demo set in store and found it to appear more red on the white, not viewing from weird angle ofcourse duh.

IMO, as long as u never sign the item acceptance form then u have the right to reject it. But it will be a different story if u have accepted the item, its gonna be the courtesy of the store mgmt to allow u to do 1 to 1 exchange if there is no such T&C prior while most likely will advise u to go for RMA instead since less work for them.

Thanks for the info! Does the one time screen crack protection apply ding crack on the screen or is it only usable after having a crack screen? I accidentally hit my phone on the bottom left edge and now there's a ding crack..

accidentally crack can claim, but Rm100 service charge.

If you scare they won't accept just use hammer and hit the screen until it cracks entirely.

Yes that's what the Samsung store (not service centre) told me: if a line and you want to claim it, crack it more then send in the unit.

RM100 not too bad. The screen is RM1000 at least IIRC. I am just worried on how well they replace the screen, like having scratches on phone body and the IP68 seals on the screen haha.

I am on Digi but I don't have this option in my setting. I don't see VoLTE icon on top as well. Any idea how do I get it activated?
