How to avoid scratches on the back even after using back case? Got like tiny dust/particle inside the back cover that will scratch or leave spotty mark. I am using cheap Goospery designed by Mercury cover. Probably need better case?

It does not work on whatsapp when screen is off. Only for sms. The rest works when screen is on. And it does not stay there, it only shows for 2 seconds. Not like LED notification.
