With this I hope for those who doubt me and think I was talking cock and lying will stop doing so.
Again I say for the hundredth time, what I experienced is nothing to be proud of and what im advocating is for owners who are unhappy with their set to go and perform a 1 to 1 exchange.
Now for the drills.
1) In the morning I used the free Grab ride promo to go to Gardens to collect my phone.

2) Once reached there, I went to collect my PO unit and paid for it. I got confirmation from the store Manager (Kit) that I could come back within 3 days to perform an exchange if I found any issues with it. Hence I left the store without doing a "thorough" checking.

3) Then I went to Celcom to change my Micro SIM card to a new Nano SIM card.

4) Then I did some grocery shopping and went home using the free Grab ride promo again.

5) Upon reaching home and playing around the phone I noticed my unit had slight green on the edges and some scuff marks near the volume rocker, so I went back to Gardens to do 1 to 1 exchange. Note I cant use the Grab promo anymore since each account entitled for 2 trips only. So I had to drive there.
So I reach there did exchange until Im happy and when I finally settled for one, they had to issue me a new receipt. So heres the new receipt, note the name and time.

Note that I spent 3 hours in Samsung Gardens to perform my exchange request. So you think im still lying when I said I opened 4 boxes of S8?
