No unifi connection since yesterday.

Modem no dsl light. Only power light (green) and Lan 1 light (green) and voip light (red).

Any idea what is the problem?

I'm still waiting from VIP20 to upgrade to 50mbps

How does one overcome routing issues? Its TM problem, but i have been having routing issues to certain servers all week when it was alright previously.

Recently i have change to 30mbps unifi from maxia fibre

what i got is tplink 1200 router from TM
Problem is ,using PC or Ipad on wireless and do speedtest ,speed no problem 36mbps download and 12mbps upload
but when i connect to mobile connection is very very slow ,load until timeout ,no matter samsung ,xiaomi ,meizu or asus and so speedtest ,download 35mbps and upload 0mbps ,not sure what happen
and sifu can help ,asked tm ,they say no problem from thier server and reset the port still the same

So tm promised my account is scheduled for upgrade in June. Tomorrow is last day of june. Bullshit reasons from TM incoming

I went to TM AD to register for the 30Mbps @ 179. Was informed that tomorrow is the last day for the promotion.

The sales adviser told me that they no longer provide BTU + router but 2 in 1.
Anyone got the same 2 in 1 recently for new registration ?

Currently paying around RM210 for 50mbps, since they promised can upgrade before end of June to 100mbps and they failed to do it. which mean start from July, we can pay onli RM105 for 50mbps until they upgrade to 100mbps??

Yes the AUTH light is off,currently only lan1 was light,tel1 and link keep blinking

Last night until this morning unifi down. TM did some repair/replacement on main line pole(dont know what it call  ). was expecting will get the free upgrade from 30Mbps>50Mbps. Got home and tested sadly its a no   

I hope you won't get surprised when you check this month they will push it to October
