OK that indicate something wrong with ur fibre cable, try check ur fibre cable got loosen or not, also check the fibre cable from TM tiang until ur house see got any putus or not?

Try double check, if everything is fine, then its something wrong with their box outside ur house, TM tiang de box, maybe loosen or technical issue with the box.

Try call TM again and ask them double confirm, as this is already happened twice. It might modem issue, u can try request them replace new modem to observe few day see see.

So what the issue last time?

The campaign is not standardize at all, its follow your old package, if your previously got free call then yes otherwise no.
