that depends on how desperate you want to reap the benefits NOW

if banks are proactively revising their card benefits, they need to inform at least 21 days in advance.

BNM PCRF doesnt stop banks from offering card benefits, just that bank's interchange fee (minor txn revenue, but would snowball to substantial amount due to volume of txn) is impacted. of course, decrease in revenue --> logically, banks revise/remove/replace the benefits.

from another angle, if everyone churning their cards, banks also losing other potential revenue (cc interest, fees, etc)


who knows, banks may continue with current benefits? if so, you are already losing the benefits from now (loss of opportunity)

if banks revise/remove/replace (who knows when), you are still losing some benefits between now and then.


no need think so far lah. let banks handle their business. we quickly and continue enjoy the card benefits, as much as we possibly can.
