This supercub clone surely is a carb one. Already saw the brochure stated that is is a carburrated bike..  dry.gif

I dont think at rm4588 can get any fi kapchai, even the lowest kapchai model with fi, for instance honda ex5 fi will cost rm5xxx otr..
At that price range, rm4500-ish mostly u will get carburrated kapchai from various brands.

The most bummer thing with these numerous new brands producing kapchai, why the heck they still producing carburrated bike..? I know to save cost & to sell it at competitive price but then, what year is now? end of 2018 & still releasing old tech carb bike.. aiiyyooo..  doh.gif

Only honda seems to have the most kapchais with fuel injection except wave alpha model.. Other brands still lacking behind...

I do like this supercub clone but the only thing that might be a hindrance from me buying it is the fact that it is still a carb kapchai.. I still will wait for Boon Siew to bring in the supercub retro 110c just like the thai model  yawn.gif

haha. don't think this will improve handling. maybe they reused the unused part from benelli. maybe that explains why usd fork suddenly present in this retro bike

Wah, even cheaper. I do have 20k in cash but actually i plan to use it as down payment for either cb650f or sv. Still thinking. Used bike but no hutang after that or new bike with 5 year hutang.

my opinion, if you go for 5 years loan.. make sure the bike is from a higher range of models to last until 5 years..

Example instead 600cc+ find the 800cc which mostly is the 2nd tier of bike range for most brand..

why I said so? because upgrading syndrome due to racun by others and such is STRONG enough among biker community.. and even though... you are lonewolf (ride alone) the temptation is still there.. (internet is one of it, then when you meet them on the road and such..)

many of my friends changed bike after 1 or 2 years due to this... and its a loss making investment as the loan still not served fully...

Unless.. if you are able to cut short the tenure to max 3 years.. then ok to get the lower mid range of bike model..

RM10980 is OTR?
Is EFI that vital when buying a bike?
Dunno about reliability of this bike....cos most of the reviews of this bike is either in thai or vietnamese.

Updated. OTR is RM11,600

efi is not vital.. but the price..

i think i saw a member here wrote tht bike price in msia is determined by gomen?? miti??

thts y modenas can sell the bajaj bikes so cheap?

if compared to pulsar wit water cooled fi enjine.. the performance n fuel consumption is worth it for the price..

this gpx is solely for the looks...

the brand dono will survive for how long...

Last monday went and bought a new bike directly from the owner and sold my bike at the same time and same place.
I never thought it was that easy. For buyers u dont even have to be there, just give ur name, ic and address and thats it. The process of changing the name is like less than 5 minutes!

So after the name changing, the buyer have 7 days including holiday to get a new pink slip from any jpj in malaysia. To do that u need to pay for the insurance 1st and roadtax then u can get ur new title.
So protip to anyone who wanted to sell their bikes, just dont renew ur insurance and roadtax if u really want to sell it because after u transfer the “hak milik” at jpj all will be canceled.

Was delighted that the process is so easy and fast that i could not almost believe it lol

CF MOTO 250NK

price for msia expected to be revealed end of this month??

seems got abs wit tft and non abs lcd meter versions.

CF moto is frm china and the bikes should be exactly the same as those being sold there.

The advantage is.. there is an official cf moto flagship taobao store... biggrin.gif laugh.gif
and lots of accessories will be available frm china...

review from Nepal...

You can revoke your roadtax and get the prorated balance refund from jpj. I did twice. One I cancel the road tax and and the other one I did not cancel it as it is just 3 month away to expire. The not so good about the second one is you insurance and road tax will not tally in ownership name and due date. Just wait and readjust when the time comes.

When buying a second hand bike, you can still use the old roadtax from the ex-owner. Just that when u buy insurance, you hv to pay for 1 year + the remaining duration of the roadtax. Then the next time you renew roadtax & insurance, they'll be synchronized.

That's what I always do.

However, depending on ur insurance cost and roadtax price, it might still be cheaper just to buy a new roadtax (esp if you buy expensive 1st pty insurance) at the start. Gotta do the math lor.
