QUOTE(g3n0c|d3 @ Dec 7 2018, 10:43 AM) So protip to anyone who wanted to sell their bikes, just dont renew ur insurance and roadtax if u really want to sell it because after u transfer the “hak milik” at jpj all will be canceled. You can revoke your roadtax and get the prorated balance refund from jpj. I did twice. One I cancel the road tax and and the other one I did not cancel it as it is just 3 month away to expire. The not so good about the second one is you insurance and road tax will not tally in ownership name and due date. Just wait and readjust when the time comes. Was delighted that the process is so easy and fast that i could not almost believe it lol |

Tonight I jatobodo when one stuupiak wimin decided that it is ok to jump cue on a slow moving traffic an right into my opposite direction. So I terkejut but manage to stop but unable to hold my bike as it was leaning beyond my salvation. Some dent on the engine guard and the rest is ok.
Wanted to scold her but the situation is not permitted. It is at my taman so I don't want to be famous for no reason. Now at home the anger is creeping up so I rant here. The last time jatobodo was like 5 years ago and boy oh boy, the bike seems heavier over time. Sekian my rant |

![]() The aftermath of an unfaithful event. Another stupid drop in a span of a month. Stepping on oil patch while pushing out the bike from parking. Has anybody know where to unrivet the brake stud from the brake lever and repair it. I'm told not to unbend as it might breaks. The replacement comes in one whole set. |

Ducati owner here for 5 years and counting 40000 km. Thee is no 12k km desmo. It scheduled every 24k for monster. And there is no desmo service outside authorized centre. Let me put it this way. You order nasi goreng USA and you skip the udang and sotong to keep the price down. Can you still called it nasi goreng USA or is it nasi goreng ayam now.
Desmo service it replace a set of parts inside the engine in one go. Some might still in good condition. Some might need to refurbished. Non authorized service will keep these item in order to reduce the cost. It is a good if you can bargain and get cheeper. But the question remain, will these part last for the next 24k km service. Will it cost you more for unscheduled service because it couldn't last 48k km. |

QUOTE(budak minyak @ Oct 17 2019, 09:56 PM) good points! thanks for the sharing. may i know which ducati model do u own? and how much did it cost u to do desmo service at authorised dealer last time? and are u happy with ur ducati? obviously u are since u been keeping it even after 5 years. teach me sifu The labor alone cost around 900++. See the image below for a fraction of the total cost. As you can see, no desmo part here coz I bought it prior to the service during ducati red weekend promotion. If I not mistaken, the total cost is around RM9000 before discount. Red weekend save it to RM7000.Two items that is not on the desmo list but I change it anyway is the rear hub and chain complete with sprockets. These two item cost me RM3500++. And the truth is you should stop worrying about first desmo because ducati owner worried more on second desmo and every other second of it. 🤭 ![]() |

QUOTE(Johannlo @ May 8 2020, 06:45 PM) Thanks. Regarding the tyre puncture problem, does these tyre weld product work? Air pumps would be a little bulky to carry along though. For smaller footprint, you can try co2 canister. It is a compress air in a can.https://shopee.com.my/product/96513470/2241577553?smtt=0.0.9 |
