When will Ministry of Transport Msia doing his job by enforcing stricter safety regulations to reduce road traffic fatalities rate and improve road safety?

I feel very sad that our Ministry of Transport don't feel anything about life or death on road traffic fatalities.
Many kapchai still don't have ABS nowadays. Just because there is no enforcement and manufacturers definitely opt for cost down.

I just booked a Suzuki V-Strom 650XT. I am on tip toe even the bike is fitted with lowering kit. Any boots with thick soles that you guys can recommend? Can Caterpillar boots be used as motorcycle boots? Most Caterpillar boots have thick soles.

You're right, I'm on naked ER6.. In that riding jacket, my head will start shaking once I go 150 and above.. But most of the times I wear my sports jacket no problem even at higher speed.. That's why I'm suspecting the riding jacket is the culprit.. But yeah, even if I asked my friends also they say jacket never affect helmet, that's why I'm blurred now.. Haha.. 

LS2 Metro Evo.. Like I mentioned before, if wearing non riding jacket is no problem.. Further more helmet is very fit, hence I said it make my head shaking now... Coz the helmet can't wobble, it makes my whole head wobbles..The feel is like ppl pushing the neck roll...

Can't seem to find your model in Shopee...   Anyway, just saw an adv jacket, but not much to my liking and looks like it's heavier? Maybe find one day go see physically and try out see how.. It's a bit over my budget so might need wait a while more...

I've tried wearing it all the times, but the heat really unbearable for me.. So I just wear it when I'm going for ride with friends or long journey..   Hopefully if the new jacket not too bad then might wear it daily...

. But, despite being a China kafir communist tongsan bike, it was far, far, far better built than my Dominar 400 that has been having endless problems in the short time I own it.

This weekend. Bike I'm eyeing just done major service. Top set. Will check any leaking(that includes suspension and braking). If tyre ok, just ride back home

Guys, what's the experience of buying a used sport bike like in Malaysia?

Granted that when you buy the motor the engine can start and run smooth, is there no chance of you getting a lemon unit?

If I don't have a mechanic friend to inspect the bike with me, is it safe to get a used bike? Let's say 2-5 years of age Japanese made.

Freaking seller sold the bike already when I already told him I'll be there a week later. Luckily I asked his number just now before making the trip tomorrow.
Didn't even bother to ask or tell me beforehand.

So I've been doing research on protective gears and it seems that people very rarely recommend elbow/knee guards over riding jacket/pants, anyone can enlighten me on why is that? It seems like a more logical choice for me as you can buy a set and wear it everyday compared to riding pants where you'd have to have a couple at least to alternate?

Looking for a pair that is CE certified. I do understand that there are risks of them loosening and they do not cover other parts of your exposed legs if you are on shorts, what I value is the impact protection and when combined with a thick pair of jeans/chinos that should somehow mitigate the abrasion damage I assume.
I think as long as you can put up with the hassle of putting them on, the knee guards are much more cost-effective and maintenance free than riding pants. For jacket however I can see a reason for buying them as they block wind/rain/elements and you usually won't wear something as thick as denim for top when you are in our tropical weather, and a good leather jacket does look cool too, unlike riding pants...

OK, then you'll like Road6 even more, supposedly it improves cornering wet grip.
Road5 has good cornering dry grip.

Found the elusive Michelin Road 6 in my local bike shop, but decided to go with Power 5 instead haha.
