OK. Finally MNP to Digi after suffering for more than half year for this UMobile downgraded services. So long my UMobile, Hoho!

You should wait another 1 week or 2 weeks..
All telcos network upgrade is due end of this month..I'm not sure whether they've done it already or not..but seems like umobile still not so comparable with other big 3 telco as what they promised..

I ported out a week ago di, same went to Digi. Just cannot tahan the coverage at my workplace, full 4G but congested after 9+am.

From reading around, the network upgrade should improve congestion, but with the number of students in my area I don't know whether congestion can really be solved. Anyway not hard to MNP back if it really improves (I still have multiple u mobile lines to test with).

yup agree just change first, we have our right to switch whenever we want, when digi is congested and U Mobile is better then switch back or going M/C...., this is actually happening everyday

Honestly wish Maxis just had slightly nicer plans... coverage good in my areas but the prices....

Wait? Been waiting for more than half year oledi. Used to be loyal customer for more than 3 years & priasing them. Now I just wish I can use my network normally. That's all, not downgraded network but a normal network.

Yes, same here... The line getting worst. Even with 4g I got turtle speed. Ported to Digi postpaid 80 for now.

That's why I dun understand, Telco line supposed to getting better but UMobile the other way around. Should fired all the useless technicians & engineers in UMobile...

Indeed very sad case for me.. I using umobile for few years. Have tested Digi line and the speed totally 2x or 3x better 😖.. I can't tethering data to my desktop due to the slow speed.. now waiting the processing, hopefully can be port out by today .

Yup. When I tested in my office. Last year UMobile give me at least 10Mbps at the same location, this year give me nothing (No connection at all). Then I tested with my colleague using my phone (Same phone for 3 telcos tested), Digi 15Mbps & Maxis 44Mbps.

So u ordered online or wen to store? Mine is online & still waiting for delivery status update.

I changed back to digi after 1 year on UM. First few month is great in my area, then shit happen, data drop and no coverage frequently.

Hope they will upgrade thier coverage, postpaid plan is great but coverage not so.

u still got 3.3mbps down .. my office 0.80mbps only ... been 2-3months .. tak boleh tahan..
last week ported to maxis. .. now damn fast .. office can get 60mbps .. wooohooo
