I placed a booking for the smallest unit already, facing the car park, which is the cheapest.
After reading all these negative reviews, i am not sure if i should continue with the purchase.

Anyone got more bad reviews ? I would like to read everything before i proceed, the sales person told me it is fully refundable even if i cancel the unit without a reason.

So i came to know about this lowyat website through a friend who asked me to read thru and if it is true what everyone in the forum is saying then i might want to cancel the unit this weekend.

Any OSK Property ex purchaser here to clarify ?

I can change unit no problem, but the most important thing i want to know is their delivery, i read one article posted here by a forumer that they change the master plan for their cyberjaya project ?

Question is, will they change the 2.2acres of facilities floor to another condo block ?

Please give me more feedback those that bought osk project before, let me make my decision and go this weekend.

I have spoken to the sales staff and of course he gave many reason, but i suspect their sales staff are quite new because most of the points highlighted here, they are not really aware.

I mean there are plenty more project to choose from, so i dont mind waiting.

I think i should take back my cheque and do further research on OSK first. This is my first time buying a property and so many different parties giving me negative opinion, actually i really like this location and their pricing is very competitive.

Confused. Osk is involve in many different businesses and the sales staff also told me it is listed and they own RHB bank as well.

Are they that bad ?

OK, i have taken back my cheque.
During my conversation with the sales person in the midst of taking by my cheque, I have shown them this thread and they said Lowyat forum is full of Paramount cybertroopers. Trying to talk bad about them.

Another sales person join in and said the information posted here are not accurate and asked me to visit the site personally to make the final judgement.

Anyways, i won't be in Malaysia next month so i have decided to take my cheque and wait.

Exactly, according to a friend of mine, he looked down from his jaya one apartment and the developer has yet to move a single bulu on their construction.

The land is still empty, i guess this is also a sign that they are not financially ready.

Yeah, still, with this current market. Have to think twice, many developers collecting money and build slowly, just like pacific star. Scary. I have been told atria mall sofo by the same developer delayed, and late payment not paid fully.
