That's the thing about POEMS SG. It don't support Cimb.
Only banks it support for transfer are
Dbs/posb, ocbc, uob, Maybank, standard chartered and I think HSBC or Citibank. You need account with one of those banks if you want to use POEMS.

Not sure. Haven't tried. From their FAQ, seems like Yes.

I just activated POEM SG acc, but can't use it due to not access to their payment mode.

Ramjade OCBC, Maybank--both Singapore banks or Malaysia banks also can? Also, if we open POEMS SG, do we have to meet them face to face or just do online sign up can?

OCBC SG. OCBC MALAYSIA cannot use as they need local SG Bank account which have EPS for EPS linkage (EPS is like IBG)

If you have all documents I think can apply via mail. No need to meet face to face. Best to email them and ask.

Yes, much better presentation after you login.

Could do better to improve the pre-login homepage to be more attractive. Anyway, no complaints on the zero fees.

Yes the indicative price aka nav showing 0. Not sure if this is a glitch.

I used this platform to buy PRS and today I happened to discover that I can use my PRS to buy new funds. If this is not a glitch, this is great!
