No need bank statement. I have never submitted my bank statement for any cards application.
Though banks may require only payslip or EPF statement, I will still submit both. Sometimes they only require one month latest payslip, I will give three months latest.

IMO no harm getting since there is no AF, and I actually prefer their CB since it's for ALL transactions and not limited to categories or even specific merchants like other banks..
