yup because i'm not the one who using it.. my wife actually.. i'm using amex.. but last month spent around 6k's using mbb visa gold at local hardware since they didnt accept amex..

Got mine through RinggitPlus too. Since then, banks been calling me almost on a daily basis to offer tonnes of their loyalty programmes. I guess as people always say, there's no free lunch in this world. You want a halogen cooker, you have to pick up a lot of marketing calls.

For your information, x5 TP only available for first RM500 petrol purchase with AMEX, after that x1 only.

Good to know then but I don't pump petrol, if I do will use VS or Ikhwan.
TP not important for me, I will only use it at HN to offset electrical appliances.

Last time I did canceled my 2 card and get Ikwan, then I reapply online 2 card tru m2u and got rejected. Then I apply again by email to maybankardsales@maybank.com.my and approved.

5% only for weekends? Capped at rm50.. So i may need to apply this together with Visa signature for petrol, also 5% rebate but any day.

And use this card purely for purchase of rm1000 during weekends. Damn many card now. 6 liao..

VS is for groceries and petrol only, not all categories. I also have that card, useful but with AF. M2Cards AmEx more flexible but I like both cards which serve different purposes.
