what is mean by "Every cumulative TNB payment of RM50 via Auto PayBills"
Register auto debit with TNB, RM50 get x10 entries, if RM150 get x10 entries or x30 entries?
*
In my understanding, you will get 30 entries if RM150 via Auto Paybills

Oh OK. I used Etiqa website to renew my insurance and after that it cannot renew road tax, directed me to MyEg site which doesn't accept AmEx.
Anyway, I still got cash back with Etiqa site.

Is there any channel to renew road tax only using AMEX online or POS office?

saw comments that AMEX cash back is based on transaction date?

So if I did a transaction on 30/7 (Sunday) with posting date 1/8 (Tuesday). If no cash back seen on statement that means the cash back for this transaction will be counted in next statement?

Is there a specific email for Maybank to lodge a complaint? (e.g. CIMB has CRU@cimb.com)
I paid my PTPTN using AMEX on Sunday, but something went wrong with PTPTN's website, and I wasn't redirected to the "payment successful" page.
Despite that, the transaction has appeared on M2U, but it is not yet reflected on my PTPTN.
