QUOTE(chiahau @ May 24 2017, 08:33 AM) How many times must we answer? I contacted CS 2 days ago answer is no. Problem is I wanted to ask further (e.g., is it in the process of accepting AMEX etc) however CS disconnect chat quickly after answering no. So in the feedback I gave disattisfied and said CS could do better by providing more details. Lazada don't accept AMEX. At least to my knowledge around 1st May 2017, they don't accept yet. And even if they do, I doubt you can use AMEX for installment. Most of the time, they require a Maybank Visa / Master for installments. I took the effort to check Lazada's installment for Maybank. Only accepts Visa / Master. Hope this can raise Lazada alert that there is a need to accept AMEX in the future. |

QUOTE(SzeMeng76 @ Jun 9 2017, 11:13 PM) The only difference is plat have the complimentary travel insurance if u purchase air tickets with the cards. Tnc kindly check m2u website. And also have different CS careline which same number with Visa signature. Why need to have different careline numbers for different cards?Does it mean that higher income earner will be more taken care of? |

saw comments that AMEX cash back is based on transaction date?
So if I did a transaction on 30/7 (Sunday) with posting date 1/8 (Tuesday). If no cash back seen on statement that means the cash back for this transaction will be counted in next statement? This post has been edited by chonghe: Aug 15 2017, 07:22 PM |
