Hi all,
Anyone know how to contact Maxsoft for warranty claim for Switch? Been trying to call but no answer and email bounce back saying their folder full.
The vendor I bought from said Maxsoft office is closed so how to contact them? Or anyone knows when they will be back to work? Don't want the 3 months warranty period to lapse...
The issue I'm having is that the Switch turns off by itself. Not just sleep but completely off, need to long press the on button to turn it back on. This happens even when battery is full or 80%, 50%... overnight will turn itself off. Even daytime if left for some time. Anyone else experience this?
Don't know where else to turn to for help. Thanks.
